The apartment Anita with a heatable pool is located directly on the beach, and there is a swimming pool in the garden of the house. The pool terrace offers a view of the sea and the island of Pag. The beauty of the Kvarner Bay will make you quickly forget your everyday life. Due to the many islands and coves, this coastal strip is a small paradise, especially for divers and boat tourists. The place is perfect for families with children (one part of the pool is suitable for children), but also for couples and groups who want peace and quiet during their vacation. The apartment is richly equipped with everything necessary. In the garden there is a barbecue, a terrace with deckchairs and umbrellas by the pool, swings and various play equipment for children.

Near the apartment you will find a small market for shopping, a kiosk for breakfast bread and three restaurants. All bathing areas with crystal clear water are located 400 m long directly in front of the house. Enjoy your Croatia vacation.

The center of Karlobag is about 4 km away from the house, where you will find several small markets, bars, cafes, banks, post offices, etc. There is also the option of boat trips to the nearby islands of Rab and Pag or hiking and climbing in the Velebit Mountains with an experienced mountain guide. The crystal clear and clean waters of this stretch of coast in Croatia are a paradise for guests who love snorkeling and diving.

Karlobag is also surrounded by 4 national parks, the islands of Pag and Rab, the coastal towns of Zadar or Senj and Croatia’s sacred mountain, Velebit.
Visiting the almost 30,000 square meter Plitvice Lakes Nature Reserve is an unforgettable experience. The Plitvice Lakes are equipped with beautiful walking paths, so they can be visited at any time of the year because of the beautiful nature and access to the lakes.

There are also great boat trips to the nearby islands of Rab and Pag, hikes, guided mountain tours in a jeep and mountain biking in the Velebit and Paklenica National Park and much more. Other recommended destinations worth seeing are the Krka waterfalls and the Kornati islands.

Approximately 30 minutes by car from the holiday home is the Rizvan City amusement park in the Velebit National Park in a beautiful landscape.
