Holiday House Alma 

Beautiful holiday home for solo usage in Croatia on the coast of the Kvarner Bay. It is located on one of the most beautiful coastal strips with the clearest and cleanest water in the small fishing village of Ribarica near Karlobag, about 100 m from the beach.

The Alma holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen / living room with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. Dishwasher, satellite TV and air conditioning are available.
There is also a separate bedroom for 2 people and a bathroom with shower and washing machine on the ground floor.
There is a large, covered terrace on the ground floor and a beautiful barbecue area in the garden.

The upper floor offers space for 4 people and has a kitchenette with a dining table for 4 people and a couch.
The first floor has a double bedroom with wardrobe and satellite TV and a small winter garden with rattan sofa. From the bedroom you get to the balcony with sea view. The other two bedrooms are each equipped with a single bed, a wardrobe and satellite TV.
There is also a beautiful balcony with a sea view and a terrace at the back of the house, where you can sit, relax and recover from everyday life.
In the garden of the holiday home you have a large, brick-built stone grill.
Parking spaces are available in front of the house.
In the kitchen there is of course a dishwasher, all crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, glasses etc. There is also air conditioning on the ground floor and first floor and satellite TV. Bed linen and towels are provided. Pets are not allowed.
