Please note that there are three holiday apartments in the house.

Top 3 (ground floor) accommodates 2 to 4 people. The holiday apartments directly by the beach are modern and tastefully furnished. Each apartment has its own private entrance and includes:

* a living room with a pull-out double sofa bed for 2 people

The swimming area directly in front of the holiday home, with the feeling of a private beach, is easily accessible from the terrace. At House Luce, the beach is always directly in front of your terrace, and you can keep an eye on your children while relaxing on the terrace. Pets are not allowed.

On the coast of the Velebit Channel, away from mass tourism, in Ribarica near Karlobag, Holiday House Luce is quietly located directly on the beach and is ideal for guests looking for peace and relaxation away from crowded tourist destinations. The beauty of northern Dalmatia will quickly make you forget everyday life. With its many islands and bays, this part of the coast is a small paradise, especially for divers and boating enthusiasts.

Karlobag is also surrounded by four national parks, the islands of Pag and Rab, the coastal towns of Zadar and Senj, and Croatia’s sacred mountain, Velebit. A visit to the Plitvice Lakes National Park, covering almost 30,000 square meters, is an unforgettable experience.
