Beachfront House Nella 

Holiday house Nella is located in Maslenica near Zadar in a beautiful and quiet location directly at the beach for groups up to 14 people. Looking for peace and relaxation in Croatia in Croatia, you will find a holiday directly at the beach. House is located on a 2000 m2 large yard, surrounded by olive trees in a direct beach with the character of a private beach.

House Nella have large, open living room with satellite TV, table for 15 people (two tables for a total of 15 people) , dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster etc. Further, there is a sofa available in the living room.
On the ground level is bedroom for three people (1 double bed and 1 single bed) as well as a bathroom with shower.
There is also a separate studio with double bed, sofa and satellite TV, as well as terrace with views on the sea. The studio also have a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

We also have a double bed bedroom and a room with two single beds plus an additional bathroom for use.

Holiday house Nella features a bathroom on the ground-floor and three bathrooms on the first floor. In the garden there is a large terrace with sea view to the entrance, an outdoor grill is available on the outside, and a terrace is also available here. The terrace furniture is self-catering in the garden as well as on the terrace / balcony in front of first floor.

The house is surrounded by a large, attractive 2000m garden with an outdoor grill. Here you can enjoy your holiday direct by sea and have a cozy stay. The nearest neighborhood is about 300 m from the house. Parking spaces are directly available from the house.
